BE BAD FASTER

I - Right 26 Power On 1... On 1... Ready...BREAK! Some of my favorite former youth football players were not the strongest of fastest players on the field. They were the kids who came to practice each day with a positive attitude. They already knew they weren't the most naturally gifted athletes, and they didn't care. My absolute favorite player of all time was a kid who did almost everything wrong. Wrong route, wrong blocking assignment, wrong jersey... you name it. Let's call him Bobby. Why do I love Bobby? He did everything at breakneck speed with a smile on his face. I never could yell at this kid. All I could ever muster was a head shake and a smile. Bring it back. Do it again. I was reminded of Bobby when reading the below excerpt from The Greatest Salesman in the World by OG Mandino: "Obstacles are necessary for success because in selling, as in all careers of importance, victory comes only after many struggles and countless defeats. Yet each struggle, each defeat, sharpens your skills and strengths, your courage and your endurance, your ability and your confidence and thus each obstacle is a comrade-in-arms forcing you to become better..." page 22-23 You want to get better? BE BAD FASTER! Like Bobby.
